Titan is growing it's brokerage arm with the backing of long standing parent company Hazel's Expedited Freight (Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies In Texas). Our goals are to emulate the success of our parent company but in the brokerage space, we are looking for the right professionals to be a part of our dynamic team.

Industry experience is very much welcomed but not strictly necessary. Comprehensive on job training provided, tailored to your previous experience. An aptitude for sales and developing long standing customer relationships required. A detail oriented and persistent work ethic required. A desire to be a part of a fast-growing project required.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating company growth via cold calling prospective new customers.
• Communicating with our operations team on our customers freight movements to ensure high-level service.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets with the guidance of management.
• Enter and track customer and prospect data in our CRM system to create actionable sales plans
• Help contribute to the type of environment and culture that develops and cares for those around them.
• Identify customers needs and develop strategy in house to ensure we grow with our customers.
• Identify market trends. Develop and execute sales plans accordingly.
• Uphold the core values set out by our original owner, Hazel herself! Back in 1977.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of applicable sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, negotiate and serve others.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required with proven sales track record
• Proficient in MS office required.
• Proficiency in TMS and CRM systems preferred.
• A strong desire to improve and develop yourself and those around you.
• Transportation industry experience welcomed but not necessary.
• Legal right to live and work in the US without a sponsor.

Work Details:

• Monday - Friday. 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00 - 5:00pm CST
• On-site office located in Addison Texas 75001.
• $50,000 - $60,000 Base salary, Unlimited earnings in commissions paid quarterly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
