We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:
- Educate and sell our products and services to new and existing clients.
- Serve as the face of the company during customer interactions, providing intentional customer care and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain relationships with our client base through networking and follow-up.
- Perform data entry into our CRM and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Excel in cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Conduct warm follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
