Inside Sales

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electric, is seeking self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives for employment. Come and join the area's premier Heating and Air Conditioning contractor!

The Inside Sales Rep will act as the liaison / main point of contact between Four Seasons and its customers.

Hourly Rate $15-$17 plus Commissions, additional Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls daily from customers and field employees
• Be a committed team player with the ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
• Ambitious and sets high personal goals to achieve excellence.
• Work in a High level of competitiveness, & willing to accept challenges to be a top producer.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Ability to utilize multiple CRM platforms simultaneously

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of phone experience (not required, but beneficial)
• Be aCLOSERwith an aggressive drive for Sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the operation of computers and applications
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude
