Overview
Four Tier Software is looking for an outstanding sales hunter to help us launch two new products commercially available for the very first time - REProTool and DeposiTR. You will engage title agencies, leveraging underwriters and various channels to influence purchasing decisions. Your role will include identifying and targeting potential clients, delivering compelling product presentations, and building strong relationships within the title and real estate industry. By understanding client needs and effectively communicating the unique benefits of REProTool and DeposiTR , you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding Four Tier’s market presence. This role also includes some marketing responsibilities focused on messaging and positioning.
This is a true hunter position with a key goal to identify, engage and close new customers.

Here are some of the key performance objectives for this role:
Key Objectives
1. Achieve a quota of selling and onboarding 40 new agencies in 2024.
2. Gain a comprehensive knowledge of REProTool and DeposiTR within 30 days, enabling effective product demonstrations both in person and online. This involves developing impactful presentations tailored to target prospects and gaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
3. Review all existing relationships, evaluate the effectiveness of each and within 30 days create a plan to maximize these relationships to achieve sales targets. Implement that plan for each existing target.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets. This includes identifying key target agencies, initiating and sustaining engaging dialogues, and making significant advances in the sales cycle. The goal is to establish a minimum of 100 qualified prospects by mid-year, with at least 50% progressing to advanced stages in the sales process.
5. Identify and secure at least 10 reference accounts willing to vouch for the value and quality of REProTool and DeposiTR. These reference accounts should agree to provide detailed case studies, participate in conversations with potential clients to share their positive experiences, and offer quotes and testimonials for marketing purposes. Successfully establishing these reference accounts will enhance the credibility of our software tools and support the overall sales strategy by providing tangible evidence of customer satisfaction and success.
6. Capture and update all sales information having to do with targets, account calls, demos, and sales results on a weekly basis. Review sales progress each week with the president of Four Tier Software.
7. Work with the President of Four Tier to create a streamlined onboarding program that gets each agency up and running on the software quickly and achieves an 85% adopt rate within each agency.
8. Review all marketing material both online and in print. Help Four Tier’s President hone the messaging and update the website to assist you in your sales efforts.
Requirements
Previous Title/Escrow and Real Estate Experience is a plus
Documented history of success in a sales role
Self-motivated sales hunter, with the discipline and resourcefulness to work smart

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
