Hallmark Personnel, Inc. is a direct hire staffing consultancy. Independent Insurance Agencies and Brokerages throughout the Chicago area work with us to find experienced Insurance Industry Professionals. We specialize in permanent, full-time, direct hire employment referrals at no cost to the job seeker. Most positions offer hybrid work schedules, with some being remote and some still being the traditional office setting.

Candidate Checklist:

Illinois Insurance License
Experience working in an independent agency or brokerage
Professional references
Computer skills; MS Office Suite, Agency Apps (TAM/Vision/Epic, Sagitta, AMS, EZLynx, ImageRight, etc.)
Experience with carrier markets (online portals and underwriting relationships)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
