We are looking for candidates to become Energy Consultants. In this position you will be the first point of contact and assist the customer through the sales process.
WE OFFER A BASE SALARY RANGING FROM $40K-$50K
FOR THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE WHO WANT TO BE 1099 WE OFFER THAT AS WELL

**What is the job like?**
- You'll qualify homeowners for solar by setting appointments door to door
- Learn to build a customer base
- Effectively schedule and prioritize your daily work activities
- Travel to and conduct sales meetings within customers' homes
- Be guided by a mentor through our Mentor Program
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training designed to help you improve personally and professionally
- Company Leads available for experienced closers

Qualifications We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- A Self-driven attitude
- Ability to travel locally (within 50 miles)
- A positive attitude both in mindset and interaction with others
Those who meet sales targets will have the opportunity to fill management roles . These provide even greater compensation opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
