We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we have proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.

We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist (Mechanical Engineering Technologist) to join our growing team. This role would align with a document control specialization. The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:

Provide technical support to inside sales and service teams
Manage part creation and setup for after sales support
Generate and maintain formal product documentation
Complete a comprehensive review of designs for manufacturing readiness
Identify and design required fixtures and dunnage
Participate in pilot builds and document required design changes
Develop process routings
Perform time studies
Liase between manufacturing and design engineering departments
Optimize manufacturing setup of parts for laser, plasma and machining
Create detailed parts manuals

Our Ideal Candidate

Completion of Mechanical Engineering Technology program from an accredited institution.
Autodesk Inventor considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
