Becoming a Pop Consultant gives you access to our robust system used to interact with customers and manage sales to create wealth - with zero upfront cost or investment.
Pop's Mission is to be “the” place in which all used Boats, RVs and high-ticket items are bought and sold. Our technology matches buyers with sellers and sellers with buyers in the used RV and Boating marketplace.
Pop stands for “Paid on performance”. As a member of our commission-based team, there is no limit to your earning potential. Your efforts determine your results. Our dedicated Sales Consultants earn commissions between $40K and $150K+ annually. Successful consultants use our platform to build a thriving business in an assigned market area - a platform that requires only time, no up-front costs or franchise fees.
Responsibilities:
Answer and engage leads that are supplied from our website and other online advertising resources.
We are not just an online platform, we also match customers with a local Pop Consultant who handles personalized interactions with potential buyers and sellers.
Build your business by connecting sellers to buyers; initiating offers; and moving customers to the closing stage of the sale by using our proprietary platform.
Provide information on listed products to potential customers and develop trust relationships to help them select the right product from our listings to make a purchase decision.
Connect with people who are looking to privately sell their boat or RV and work with them to list their product on our website.
Emphasize the unique benefits of working with Pop to sell their unit.
Pop Consultants meet with customers to acquire details and pictures of products customers want to list and sell.
Our consultants also arrange showings of products that customers are interested in seeing.
Solid communication skills across all media are key to success.
Skills:
Personable, with the ability to easily connect with people and help them make decisions in the selling/buying process.
Self-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit - capable of being self-directed, willing to work hard and run a successful profitable business.- Selling skills that include proficiency at lead management using a robust CRM solution.
- Interpersonal communication skills capable of working with a wide variety of people inside and outside of a company.
- Strong communication skills - proficient in using telephone, email, text and social media platforms.
Solid capabilities using computers and technology based CRM platforms.
