Business Development Liaison
The Role
Kids Thrive is currently seeking a Business Development Liaison to work with our Business Development team. Responsible for the direct sales efforts of identified market segments. Functions include direct sales, prospecting, exhibiting, acting as a liaison with clinical and follow up issues regarding assigned accounts (referral sources), assisting in the coordination of identified community educational activities. Initiates strategies to increase account development and product line awareness. Responsible for the increase account development and product line awareness. Responsible for the coordination and implementation efforts for the program.
Estimated Salary: $55k-$65k/annually

Our team at Kids Thrive provides professional, compassionate care for young children in need of behavioral health services in a contemporary and healing environment. With locations throughout Ohio, our behavioral health program specializes in treating symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health crises. Utilizing a blend of group therapy and individual treatment, our center provides a safe, therapeutic space. Our team of highly trained clinicians and behavior health technicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the skills needed for individuals to integrate safely back into regular community settings.

Job Requirements:
Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated knowledge of mental health treatment services.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Health field is a plus.
Work Experience:
  • Experience in the mental health or substance abuse or medical field in direct client services of marketing and sales preferred. Must be able to function independently and communicate effectively with staff and external contacts.

  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
