Compensation:
$77,000 - $101,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new B2B clients
through networking, cold calling, and
referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
with key decision-makers in client
organizations.
- Use our proven system to create a self-
sustaining referral stream for life.
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to
ensure the ongoing development of
relationships.
- Work with the sales team to further develop
sales and communication skills.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadline
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
- Demonstrates exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- High degree of integrity
