With our company's exponential growth and rapid expansion, there are limitless opportunities to grow within this position and in the company. We are looking to add a well-experienced LTL individual to help with the expansion of our LTL division of PFL.

As a LTL Account Manager, with PFL Logistics, you will focus on growing our customer base, while providing customers and carriers with a high level of integrity, forthrightness and reliability in getting freight from point A to point B. You will be working on growing our LTL division by generating leads, building rapport with carriers, and a book of business for dedicated LTL accounts. The role will require a successful background in freight sales or account management.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree if preferred
Strong computer and phone skills- You can not be afraid to pick up the phone.
A competitive nature- The root of freight brokerage is sales
Eager to learn and grow in a fast pace, growing industry
3 years of LTL sales management experience, preferably in logistics/transportation industry

Schedule: This is not your typical 9-5. Office hours are 7am-5pm M-F. With that being said, freight never stops, we are an intricate part of the supply chain, so some weekend or after-hours work may be required.
