Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to continue to develop a territory across Ohio. This is an exciting career opportunity to represent some of the premier brands in the construction industry! The customer base is Building Materials retailers.

Responsibilities Include:

- Grow sales and expand lines within existing dealers, train salespeople and contractors on new products and installation techniques

- Regularly visit Building Material retailers throughout the territory to establish and grow relationships and sales

- Promote Monsma.com as the industry leading e-commerce solution for simple customer ordering and account management satisfaction

- Consistently schedule and execute product training sessions and educational events

- Capture territory related activities in a robust CRM system to help you increase sales efficiency

- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of all products and product lines represented

Qualifications:

- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills

- Sales experience, preferably in the Building Materials Industry

- Experience in targeting, developing, and executing territory sales strategies

- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet activity and sales goals

- Flexibility to attend events that may be outside normal working hours for trade shows and educational events

- Clear driving record
