With a focus on exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant/Representative to join our team.

Position Overview: As a sales consultant you will meet with potential customers to qualify their needs then present relocation options & services to them. You will also be expected to generate new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the household goods moving industry. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded, and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual & in home surveys to ascertain customers relocation needs
• Present sales proposals/quotes and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless transition of accounts
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the household goods moving industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Clean criminal record
• Previous Household goods experience an asset.

Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
