Job Summary:
Window World of Boston is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day within your radius between the hours of 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, and 9am-2pm on Saturdays & Sundays
- Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops
Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing account management
- Meet or exceed sales targets regularly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience in account management or business development is a plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
