Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue goals
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize sales platforms to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions (experience with CI/TY a plus)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities
Skills:
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
- Proficiency in CI/TY software a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
- Experience in account management to ensure client satisfaction
