National Sales Manager(Food Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships with key retailers and negotiate customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans aligned with company strategies.
  • Develop, own, and meet annual and multi-year sales goals utilizing a data driven sales approach coupled with developing winning promotional strategies while communicating Sauder’s unique value proposition.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas of improvement. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze business and market trends to determine opportunities and identify threats to develop business and growth strategies and manage the total opportunity pipeline.
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Conduct frontline assessments of market conditions and communicate insights to the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitor activities; perform sales and marketing research and benchmarking as needed.
  • Design and oversee the execution of promotional activities to enhance product visibility and increase sales in the retail environments.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Sales Management experience within CPG Industry
  • A minimum of 5 years sales/sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
