Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Drive key initiatives and secure larger corporate sales accounts to elevate our business. This includes building relationships through networking, research, outreach, and follow-up with potential clients. Lead and oversee a sales team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Operational Support:
Work alongside the operations department to ensure flawless sales execution. Assist the office manager with daily operations, including managing sales data, supporting customer service, HR processes, and ensuring smooth and efficient operational workflows.
Customer Service:
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and delivering excellent service.
Training and Development:
Train new sales employees, offer ongoing coaching, and support the team in achieving their sales targets.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage scheduling, data entry, and prepare reports for management. Provide general administrative support to the manager and the team.
Problem Solving:
Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement strategies to resolve issues effectively. Address service-related issues and develop strategies to minimize complaints.
Performance Evaluation:
Participate in employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize outstanding contributions. Work with the team on areas identified for improvement.
Decision Making:
Make operational decisions in the manager's absence, analyze situations, and take appropriate actions to meet business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to make informed decisions and implement strategies effectively.
Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
