Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships with potential and current customers
  • Manage customer relationships on our various social media accounts
  • Address inquiries and provide support throughout the customer journey
  • Create surveys and promote brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great writing skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
