Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer relationships with potential and current customers
- Manage customer relationships on our various social media accounts
- Address inquiries and provide support throughout the customer journey
- Create surveys and promote brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great writing skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content management tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
