RC Mowers is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, based in or near the Los Angeles, California area, to serve our Southwest region.

We design and manufacture Autonomous Mowing Robots™ and Remote-Operated Robotic Mowers for commercial use—two full-fledge, major industry opportunities for Redefining The Business of Mowing. THE POSITION
This job is for you if you are a top producer, with dealer network experience, looking to join a truly exceptional and innovative company. You have experience selling equipment that customers not only find valuable, but also genuinely love to use. You have been part of unique product introductions and opening new markets within existing industries. You have prior earnings of $125K or more and have been responsible for growing sales territories into multi-million-dollar businesses. You desire to earn $125K-$180K annually.
You’re not just another vendor sales rep. Your customers, prospects, and peers view you as a business advisor and coach who helps them win. You work well with business owners, executives, managers, and dealer salespeople alike. You win new dealers because you prospect consistently, and you have credibility with executive and management level partners. You operate with the philosophy that if your dealers are successful, you and your company will also be successful.
You are proactive in honing your selling skills. You constantly work to improve as a professional salesperson, as a product expert, and as an advisor and coach. You seek a company that not only helps you advance, but they also expect you to consistently level up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> Selling is conducted following RC Mowers’ Consultative Selling Process.
> RC Mowers’ CRM Best Practices are followed.
> RC Mowers’ Account Management Model is followed.
> Work from a continuously updated business plan.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
> Experience selling equipment through a dealer network
> Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
> Must be able to fly on all domestic airlines
> Must be able to make minor repairs and perform maintenance on truck, trailer, and commercial mowers

Equipment Operation: You must be comfortable around commercial equipment and be able to demonstrate using our equipment with proper technique (with training).
Home Office: You must have a dedicated, permanent office space in your home.
Travel: You must be able to travel three nights per week, for three out of every 4 weeks.
