The Roelofs Insurance Agency located in Mahtomedi, MN is growing rapidly. We are looking to add an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our office is located on the cozy main street of downtown Mahtomedi.
Job description summary:
- Provide support to agent and team within a small office environment.
- Assist clients with processing new quotes, changes and billing questions with their policies.
- Receive and make neccessary phone calls on the behalf of the agency and our clients.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Job Type: Full Time
- Monday - Friday
- Office hours: 8:00am - 4:00PM
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Insurance experience required
- Outgoing people person
- High level of typing and computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task
