**Position**: Automotive Sales Consultant (Associate)

**Responsibilities**:

• Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing.
• Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC.
• Present deal structures and finance products to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories through ongoing training modules.
• Represent the dealership and Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC Automotive Group with professionalism and integrity.

**Requirements**:

• 2 years of experience in customer service, car sales, or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
