Join our Dealer Wizard team as a Customer Service Account Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting our auto dealership partners while focusing on retention, training, upselling, and overall service of accounts.
You’ll ensure each client feels like they are our top priority because, to us, they are!
Your Focus:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through proactive account management
- Unleash your problem-solving powers to interpret client issues and escalate to other teams when needed.
- Upsell additional products, such as Letters, Coupon books, referrals, 700 Credit, and more
- Lead the conversion of pilot stores and provide support in low-level technical issues
- Provide expert training to clients on the application and its features
- Serve as a subject matter expert and effectively communicate the value of our products to clients
- Keep your super-sharp organizational skills in play as you manage multiple cases and prioritize resolutions.
Is this you?
- Required Education: HS Diploma or GED
- 2-4 Years of experience Customer Service and/or Sales.
- A natural collaborator with the ability to make high-quality decisions.
- Stellar communication skills with a focus on end goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
What is an Asset but Not Required:
- Salesforce Experience
- Knowledge or experience within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Great Plains

This role offers a Hybrid Working arrangement with two days per week spent in the office where you get the chance to collaborate further with your colleagues. As an added bonus we get lunch on Thursdays and there are always snacks and drinks!
