Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques. If you are a closer, that can lead by example then we invite you to apply. We are building a large call center environment and we are looking for the right manager to slide in and take over the daily floor operations. We need a verified closer. A sales manager with a team of guys would be ideal, as long as you are willing to take the time to learn the product and will follow the script. It works. If you have influence with a group of sales guys who want to make six figures the first year then this is the place. Think Big. Dream Big. I need a sales manager who can close deals everyday and build a team that can close deals.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Follow our proven road map to achieve company goals
- Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Zoho CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
- Specialize in technology sales or technical sales as required by the product or service

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a technology or technical sales environment
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and call center, negotiations, closing, b2b product sales
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the sales team
- Proficiency in Zoho or other CRM software for effective sales tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
