Position: Account Manager (HYBRID)

Location: Lockport, IL

Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid 2-3days/week in office

Salary: $45k-$60k, DOE

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Entry Level Customer Account Manager in the logistics and transportation industry. This person will be responsible for monitoring customer orders, assist with requests or resolving issues related to orders, and building strong relationships with your assigned account(s). No prior industry experience required!

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Track, follow-up, and resolve the customers outstanding issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare documentation and reports for the customer base such as customer QBR’s
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure customers’ requests are being handled effectively and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with assigned account(s) and support daily operations of the account as needed

Requirements of the Account Manager:

• 2+ years of experience in customer or client service, building and maintaining customer relationships
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
