We are an Award-winning boutique digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, and Social Media.

Position Overview:

Tandem is looking for an in-house experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our amazing team. We are looking for a full-time team member that is passionate about building relationships with our SEO, PPC, Social and Creative clients. The account manager will be the frontline of communication for our clients, managing their ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass their goals. This role will be focused on the management, retainment, and growth of client engagements by strategizing and managing the continuous improvement of our digital marketing tactics. This includes organic search, paid search, creative development, social media, brand awareness and website management with the help of the team members.

Compensation will be determined by existing knowledge and experience. This position is a FULL-TIME IN OFFICE role at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts which will include regular client facing communication.
  • Manage completion of tasks by collaborating with our creative, social media, SEO and PPC teams.
  • Track results and KPI’s from SEO, PPC, and social media efforts and effectively communicate information to clients.
  • Manage deadlines and project timelines with SEO, PPC, creative and social media teams.
  • Review client goals and drive development of marketing strategies to maximize performance.
  • Effectively communicate marketing results and opportunities on a regular basis to assigned clients.
  • Manage expectations and maintain open lines of communication with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in account management with strong cross team collaboration and project management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
  • Strong knowledge of online digital marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with SEO tactics and tools. This includes developing content strategies, overseeing on-page optimization tasks, and utilizing tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proficiency in basic business tools, including but not limited to: Google Suite, Asana (or similar project/task management system), CRMs, etc.
  • Extremely strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to independently prioritize tasks and your workday.
  • The ability to test messages and tactics in paid digital campaigns, and pivot quickly when necessary to boost performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
