We're currently looking for self-motivated salespeople to join our team as Sales Executives serving small and medium sized enterprises. The role is best for individuals getting started in sales, and is focused on capturing and closing inbound inquiries. You’ll have full responsibility for bringing prospective customers through the entire sales cycle. Our customers overwhelmingly rank Driveroo's customer service as top notch, and your ability to create and maintain great relationships will be key to your success.
Your role at Driveroo:
- Immediate response to inbound sales inquiries, with the ability to conduct insightful discovery to identify qualified opportunities
- Aggressive pursuit of leads from Driveroo digital marketing campaigns and continued follow up with prospective customers
- Effective management of the full sales process required to bring opportunities to a successful close, including demos
- Rigorous use of the CRM systems that support the sales process and provide critical sales data that drive marketing investments
- Accurate representation and forecasting of your sales funnel
- Assist customer success teams in transition and launch of new customer projects for initial and on-going implementations
- Passionate advocacy for your customers to ensure they are achieving their goals and also to find opportunities to expand Driveroo use
You’re skilled at:
- Following up and engaging with prospects, and achieving consistently high levels of activity that deliver measurable results
- Creating effective communications and great relationships in a virtual sales environment
- Doing diligent discovery and asking the tough questions to accurately qualify sales opportunities and clearly identify the keys to winning deals
- Understanding and practicing solid sales process and making clear agreements with prospects as you move through the process
- Responding to customer requests immediately and promptly delivering on any promised follow-up
- Discovering and getting in front of decision makers
- Constantly exceeding sales goals and finding new avenues to drive sales growth
This position is geared to individuals with 1-3 years sales experience, or business development reps that want to make the transition into sales. These items will make your application stand out:
- Demonstrated record of sales achievement or goal achievement as a business development rep.
- Success at selling or converting in a virtual sales environment
- Knowledge and use of key sales tools CRM, ZoomInfo, Linkedin, etc.
- Excellent examples of written and verbal skills
- Start-up experience
