Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales within the technology sector is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on relationship building and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
