What We Need:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing customer projects through the lifecycle, consistent with scope requirements and timelines. The incumbent works closely with internal and client resources to ensure all assignments and accountabilities are communicated and deliverables are achieved.
What You’ll Do:
· Develop and maintain the project plan and ensure the project remains on track and
· deliverables are met
· Create and maintain RAID logs to track issues, risks and decision-making
· Manage internal project resources and delegate roles and responsibilities
· Create and maintain the project budget and financials
· Develop document deliverables including presentations, procurement documents and
· reports
· Lead project team meetings, prepare agendas, maintain minutes and track open items
· and follow up required
· Review project deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards
· Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships and meet frequently to update on project status
· Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budgets.

· Intermediate knowledge of the procurement lifecycle
· Intermediate knowledge of system integration activities including the development of business processes, system integration and testing requirements
Experience
· Undergraduate degree/diploma
· Project Management Certificate; PMP Certification an asset
· 2-5+ years’ experience in a project management role managing large scale technology projects
· Utility sector experience is an asset
· Class G drivers’ licence
· Ability to travel within the United States and Canada
Working Conditions
· Work-life balance with flexible hybrid working arrangements
· Working flexible hours (based on business needs to include on-call shift rotation)
· A successful SIN and passport clearance along with a police vulnerability check is required
· The ability to travel to client sites throughout Canada and the U.S.
· The ability to secure a U.S. visa to enable work in the U.S. or a Canadian visa to work in Canada
