Job Summary
WE ARE SEEKING A SEASONED GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR BASED IN OUR NEW YORK CITY GALLERY. THIS PERSON WILL HELP CREATE AND DEFINE THE SALES STRATEGY, ALONGSIDE OUR CEO AND DIRECTOR. THE GLOBAL SALES DIRECTOR WILL BE IN CHARGE OF SPEARHEADING STUDIOTWENTYSEVEN’S SALES GOALS, ENSURING EFFICIENCY AND REVENUE GROWTH. YOU WILL

  • SET TEAM MEMBERS SALES GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND ROADMAPS
  • RESEARCH NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPLEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TO OPTIMIZE OUR SALES DEPARTMENT
  • MANAGE AND OWN A WEEKLY/MONTHLY CALENDAR OF MEETINGS WITH OUR SALES TEAM
  • DEMONSTRATE ABILITY TO STRATEGICALLY GROW SALES AND DEVELOP BUSINESS, GLOBALLY
  • LEAD AND ENCOURAGE THE SALES TEAM TO REACH GOALS ALL WHILE IMPLEMENTING AND FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES, INCLUDING OUR VISION AND MISSION
  • HIRE AND TRAIN NEW SALES TEAM MEMBERS AS NEEDED
  • GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE SOURCING AND PURCHASING PROCESSES WITH OUR DESIGNERS, ARTISTS, AND VENDORS
  • ASSIST WITH THE NEW YORK GALLERY AS NEEDED
  • CONDUCT RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW MARKETS, COMPETITION AND EMERGING TRENDS
  • BE A KEY PLAYER IN COMMUNICATION WITH OUR CLIENTS

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • MINIMUM OF 5 OR MORE YEARS OF GLOBAL SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURE/INTERIOR DESIGN
  • MUST MAINTAIN FREQUENT CONTACT WITH INVESTORS AND CUSTOMERS
  • ABILITY TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE FULL SALES CYCLE
  • PROFICIENT IN MAC OS OPERATING SYSTEM, MICROSOFT OFFICE INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, AND OUTLOOK
  • ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE, LEARN QUICKLY AND DEVELOP IN A FAST MOVING, INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
  • STRONG MANAGEMENT AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL, COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL, AND PRESENTATION SKILLS ARE A MUST
  • PROFICIENT AT MULTITASKING, HIGHLY ORGANIZED, STRATEGIC AND TEAM PLAYER
  • PASSION FOR INTERIOR DESIGN, ART, AND ARCHITECTURE
  • NETSUITE / CRM EXPERIENCE
  • BILINGUAL IS PREFERRED

THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN OUR NYC GALLERY - START DATE IMMEDIATELY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
