Overview:
Vox Nutrition is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Private Label Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the supplement industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conducts regular check-ins with the customer to ensure retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in tradeshows, conferences and networking events to promote the company and our products
Sales and Growth Strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current book of business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within supplement industry
- Work closely with Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the value propositions of Vox
- Create and maintain a full pipeline of potential business that supports your sales targets and growth objectives.
Market and Product knowledge:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the company, our capabilities, and product line
Collaboration, reporting and communication
- Answer all emails and calls in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and update to date information in all required platforms, including but not limited to ERP and CRM
- Work with Sales Admin team closely during the sales process
- Work closely with various cross functional teams in the building.
Desired Skills and attributes:
· 3-5 years of experience in the Supplement industry
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
· Ability to work both independently and a part a team
· Self-motivated with results driven mindset
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce and Monday.com are a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
