Athenix is seeking a professional, experienced Traveling Patient Care (Sales) Consultant for its Centers located within our west coast operations (AZ, CA, OR, WA) respectively.

The Traveling Patient Care Consultant will conduct consultations with prospective patients who have expressed an interest in cosmetic surgery procedures. The consultant will be responsible for promoting company services through client consultation, education and outreach and for meeting monthly revenue goals through inside and outbound sales/marketing activities. Additionally, the consultant will work closely with various leadership personnel, other sales consultants, and our plastic surgeons by performing preliminary consultations to educate patients on cosmetic surgery procedures. The chosen candidate must be able to thrive in a multifaceted, adaptative, and motivated environment but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. Must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up technique and a proven sales track record, in addition to the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical clientele.

Sales Consultant – Responsibilities:

  • Conducts effective and informative client consultations in order to determine goals, educate patients, and set realistic expectations regarding possible results.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent patient experience
  • Implements strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand customer base
  • Interacts regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction; responds quickly and appropriately to any concerns
  • Performs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Meeting with potential patients either virtually or in person at various centers.
  • Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process with patient education and advocacy as the premise of the consultative experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both potential and existing patients, ensuring a consistency and transparency for a smooth transition from consult to treatment.
  • Ability to utilize company's CRM platform to maintain records of completed transactions and patient data.
  • Manage follow up processes by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in Athenix to help educate them on process, next steps, and or identify what phase of the process of the potential patient, and/or follow up on patients who have demonstrated any delays in moving forward.
  • Manage any referral-based lead generated potential patients.
  • Work with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Sales Consultant – Qualifications

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills (4-6 years consultative B2C selling experience) with a documented successful sales record (preferably within the plastic surgery/medical aesthetics environment) (Note: This does NOT include make-up counter/cosmetic sales.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Experience conducting one-on-one consultations/presentations both in person and in a virtual environment.
  • Outstanding fundamental sales skills.
  • Dynamic, team-oriented personality.
  • Professional and impeccable appearance; warm demeanor
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivating, drive, and initiative.
  • An outgoing and confident approach.
  • Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients.
  • Experience using a CRM system, similar to Salesforce or other comparable applications.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Compensation & Benefits: Uncapped earning potential! $60,000- $70,000 base compensation + variable compensation commission targets and incentive bonus earnings paid monthly and quarterly! Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
