Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to help guide and support our sales team. This is an ideal position for someone with sales experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role without feeling overwhelmed by executive-level responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Help the team meet and exceed sales goals through encouragement and support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
- Track sales numbers and assist with improving results.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales (any industry) with a solid understanding of customer service.
- A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- An interest in mentoring and helping others succeed.
- Comfortable with basic computer tools and software.
- Previous leadership experience is a bonus.
