Customer Experience Sales AssociateShift: 1st Shift
Job Location: Moline, IL
Target Start: December 2nd
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is: $18.00/hr, $20/hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Complete customer courtesy calls to update contact information in Salesforce CRM, identify opportunities for improvement and determine interest in new offerings.
- Complete surveys with contractors/customers to identify installation satisfaction.
- Create/Manage New Customer Leads with the goal of creating opportunities for the local Account Manager.
- Manage shared mailboxes to identify new Leads and respond to customer inquiries.
- Create cases in Salesforce CRM to document Customer needs and flag for follow-up.
- Create sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
- Clear Communication and Writing Skills
- Strong Time management Skills
- Positive attitude
- Salesforce knowledge beneficial
