Job Description
Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofRaleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years' experience in Information Technology.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in OIM (Oracle Identity Manager)
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good exposure to Identity and Access Management design, define, and implement processes and manage tools that are necessary to ensure the stability and performance of OIM.
Responsible for operation - supporting and maintaining complex Identity Management systems which are used to provide security for client's most sensitive systems and critical applications.
Design and Implementation experience with OIM.
Integrate and configure connectors for app integration, Configuration of Roles, Policies and Certifications for governance compliance.
Build and Configure OIM in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, correlation, and Configuration and development of OIM Life Cycle Events (LCM)
Develop custom OIM Build Map Rules and Workflows as per the business needs.
Participate in all OIM deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration.
Exposure to Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management
The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
