Position: Account Manager – Tax Consulting Services

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a balance of warmth and professionalism to build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Communication: Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic account plans to meet their needs.
Data Analysis: Use intermediate Excel skills to analyze client data, track performance metrics, and generate reports that inform decision-making.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tax consultants, legal advisors, and other professionals to align client needs with the firm's offerings and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred. But willingness to learn is also important.
Experience: Previous experience managing multiple projects and clients at the same time is highly desirable. Must be well organized.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
