Job Summary
The Recovery Agent plays a crucial role in managing and recovering assets, while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to locate and recover secured assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communications skills, de-escalation techniques, operate efficiently, proven dependable, be able to lift 50lbs, and operate self-loading towing equipment efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. 1 YEAR PREVIOUS TOWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Duties

Analyze customer accounts to determine the best course of action for recovery.
Utilize computer systems to document interactions and update account information accurately.
Maintain professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent face-to-face etiquette.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving disputes effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve recovery goals and improve processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in towing, repossession or investigations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
Proficient in computer use, including data entry and account management software.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a bonus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
