What’s the ask?
Reporting to the Supervisor, Personal Insurance. This position will be responsible for providing training to the Account Managers. With the support of the Personal Insurance leadership, you will be a “go to” for the Account Managers, supporting with client escalations and assist in implementing processes. You will also continue to manage a small block of your own personal insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and coaching for personal lines employees, point of contact for client escalations
  • Assist in implementing processes that will help employees apply training received
  • Become subject matter experts in workflows and company portals
  • Liaison with industry vendors, research and provide recommendations
What does it take?
  • 3 years experience in insurance (personal insurance)
  • RIBO license required
  • Proven success with coaching
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with EPIC an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines
