Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the HVAC and roofing sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for business expansion.
- Sales Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, offering mentorship and coaching to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential business opportunities.
- Team Building: Foster a collaborative and motivated sales team environment through effective communication, goal setting, and recognition of achievements.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to deal closure.

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles
- Familiarity with home services, Specifically HVAC and/or Roofing
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with project management is a plus
