Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager - Fire to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in recruiting, hiring and training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred
- Sales management experience
- 2-5 years' outside sales experience
- New business-to business account development experience
- Industrial sales experience
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation

The total compensation generally ranges between $120,000.00 - $170,000.00/Year and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions and bonus. The range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
