Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven IT Staffing Sales Leader to spearhead our efforts in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire solutions within the IT sector. This role demands a passion for technology, a knack for building lasting relationships, and a commitment to driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand our IT staffing services.
· Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
· Actively participate in networking activities and industry events for promoting our brand and staying abreast of market trends.
· Ensure alignment with our Core Values in every business interaction and strategy.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry, preferably technology focused.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· A strong passion for sales, with a relentless drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
· Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

· 1st Year OTE: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
