Responsibilities:
Mailroom Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner throughout the course of the work day.
- Sorting and delivery of mail and packages/badges throughout the customer’s site.
- Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
- Learning mail delivery routes at multiple customer locations.
- Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy as it relates to mail operations.
- Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customer’s office location.
- May travel between customer’s buildings.
- Complete training as assigned.
- Maintains logs and work records to be utilized for tracking, management reports, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications):
- Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
- May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Company.
- Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in office setting is preferred.
- Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.

Manager is seeking resumes with experience for:
- Maintains logs and work records to be utilized for tracking, management reports, and inventory.
- Distributes incoming mail and packages to designated drop points as well as office supplies and fax transmissions.
- Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customer's office location.
- Deliveries and pickups may require travel between nearby offices.
- Maintains daily meter and service logs.
- Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
- Performs filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
- Performs duties of scanning, file conversion, file naming, and encryption.
- Assists with the movement of supplies, equipment, etc.
- May travel between customer’s buildings.
May be required to lift 20-50 lbs. Will always be assisted.
Knowledgeable of all daily operations and services offered within an account base.
- Embraces the diverse customer environment and maintains excellent customer focus while performing on site duties.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback and escalating concerns to the account manager and helps support resolution.
- Works to learn and manage all aspects of the Service Center in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.
Dress code is business casual.
Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.26 - $20.00 per hour
