Strategic Account Manager
Red Pepper's Strategic Account Managers are responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts to provide exceptional value with continued growth and retention of clients. Our Strategic Account Managers play a critical role in the long-term success of the company by maximizing the value of their experience management programs and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the implementation team on key account projects to ensure alignment.
- Participate in kick-off meetings for key accounts, helping set the stage for successful account management and a long-term partnership.
- Participate in key account implementation calls to ensure smooth project planning and to address any concerns.
- Hold and achieve a sales quota, driving continued revenue growth.
- Tier accounts based on strategic importance, potential for growth, and revenue to prioritize efforts and resources.
- Hold regular account review meetings with the Strategic Growth Director to assess account performance, discuss growth opportunities, and align on strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders with your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Account Expansion-Identify opportunities to expand accounts and work closely with the Implementation Consultants to increase client engagement.
- Provide regular weekly updates and reports to the Customer Care Department Manager on account status, progress against goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement-Identify opportunities for improving account management processes and customer satisfaction, driving innovation and excellent customer success.
- Any other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills, and an understanding of the sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.
- Committed to being client focused and delivering high value solutions
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to think strategically about account growth, identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage contract renewals.
- Strong Business Acumen and the ability to discover needs within multiple organizations in an effort to offer solutions to those business challenges.
