Duties:
- Serve as a companion resource working hand in hand with the Business analyst in documenting application processes, technical components and providing visual documentation for end users.
- Perform research and present clear understanding of the inner workings of the current system. Assist in performing analyses, developing plans and writing requirements.
Capabilities:
- Shall demonstrate excellent writing, oral communications and documentation skills. Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, Industry knowledge and possess technical awareness of the project.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
General Experience:
- At least five (5) years working in a technical capacity in a financial aid office at a higher education institution.
