Job Description
The Sales Manager oversees the development of sales strategies and tactics, as well as training and driving performance of the sales team. This position requires a multi-faceted skill set that includes both tactical and strategic marketing abilities, strong leadership qualities and a proven track record of sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with product knowledge.
- Oversee receiving and inventorying of store merchandise.
- Oversee sales staff scheduling and training.
- Train junior staff.
- Manage the organization and control of sales records.
- Estimate costs, expenses, and labor requirements for products.
- Provide new sales venues by identifying potential clients and locations.
- Expand business by making sales calls and executive presentations to new customers.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
