Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Our goal is to bring awareness and help our target demographic improve their bone health using unique innovative technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling OsteoStrong memberships to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, a wellness, fitness or medical background, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Update customer records in the company database with accurate and detailed information
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve sales strategies and techniques
- Supervise daily sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the owner and assistant manager to develop promotional strategies that drive membership sales.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships sold and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or fitness space
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
- Familiarity with market trends related to memberships and customer preferences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
- Inside sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation, is preferred
- Strong business development skills to identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base
