Alamo Roofing:
Roofing Sales Consultant (Project Manager)
Job Description, up to but not limited to:
- Self-generate leads by door knocking, asking for referrals, and business networking
- Attend all sales meetings, training opportunities and work closely with support team
- Proper lead handling of company generated leads
- Perform roof & property inspections at homes and meet with insurance adjusters
- Present home owners solutions to their roofing needs
- Close sales, manage projects and stay in constant professional communication with the homeowners
- Use company software systems as directed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- 2-years of prior sales experience desired but not required
- Zero restrictions to climbing ladders, carrying ladders, putting up ladders and the like
- Zero restrictions to being in the direct elements like the heat of the sun
- Superior time management skills
- As an independent contractor, this individual should be self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve goals
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
