We are seeking a consultative, collaborative, servant-leader Sales Manager to lead our sales team. NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED & YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE. These are shortsighted requirements.

We believe a person's talents and skills transcend their industry experience or lack of it. We are passionate about finding and locking arms with a Sales Leader who is intrinsically energized about coaching, training, and mentoring other salespeople (our agents) to reach their personal best!

Our primary decision criteria is a genuine desire to help others coupled with a track record of building a high performing team.

$80,000 salary plus bonus

• Your primary responsibilities are recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and leading a residential real estate sales team.
• We provide systems, exceptional training via an online university and compelling services to attract the best.
• Most agents are responsible for their own leads and therefore often only sell to friends and family. The average home sold nationally is 3-5. That is NOT us.
• We not only provide qualified leads, we provide a "YOUR HOME SOLD GUARANTEE." Simply put, our systems, lead generation and processes are superior thereby making hiring the best talent much much easier.
• We also will provide you with some powerful, proven systems to assist you with hiring the best talent.
