Job Description

CMAC Roofing is active throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Founded in January 2020, CMAC Roofing grew at a 500% annual compound growth rate which has propelled the growth of our dynamic team. CMAC Roofing is actively searching for a New ConstructionAccount Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

· Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the builder.

 Knowing what the builder expects and work closely with the field supervisor to make sure those expectations are met.

 Resolving builder concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

 Managing and growing existing accounts while seeking new opportunities..

 Conducting regular inspections of subdivisions to assess progress, quality, and safety protocols.

 Work closely with roofing supervisor to ensure quality installation workmanship.

 Work closely with tech supervisor to ensure quality inspections and repairs.

 Work closely with the management team to develop and implement process

improvements and best practices for roofing operations.

Starting salary at $50k - $60k annually depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
