Heraeus Electro-Nite is excited to announce the launch of our " Sensors with Mentors" Program for recent graduates. Undergrads or graduate level welcome!
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in molten metals industry? Look no further!

Our Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and mentorship from industry experts.

Joining our Recent Graduates Program means gaining exposure to various aspects of our organization, working on challenging projects, and contributing to our drive for innovation. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow both personally and professionally. Incumbents will primarily work out of our Hartland, WI state of the art manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate in various projects linked to our product families within the Innovation department and get to know one other functional area (Supply Chain, Sales,…) within the organization. Spend a predetermined amount of time in each area/project to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different HEN functions and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members in each area to support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to understand the interconnectedness of different departments and functions, including meetings, brainstorming sessions, and/or knowledge sharing, and contribute your own perspective and ideas to projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively seek out learning opportunities within each rotation by staying up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices, seeking guidance and mentorship, reflecting on what you learn, and taking initiative to deepen knowledge and experiences relevant to your development process.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, projects, and accomplishments for each rotation, prepare reports or presentations as needed, and communicate progress and results of projects you are involved in to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Local candidates preferred. NO relocation assistance is available.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in metallurgy, materials science, electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Be a recent graduate or have a maximum of two years of professional work experience.
  • Advanced level English, feeling comfortable using it as your main language of communication.
  • Strong interest in gaining exposure to different areas within the organization and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to project execution and decision-making.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within different departments, cultures, and work environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software or tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
