Golf Ranch is a trailblazing brand of tech-enabled golf driving ranges, dedicated to transforming the golf experience through a new category called "Golf Lite", which bridges the gap between Entertainment Golf and Traditional Golf. Through state-of-the-art technology, a laid-back atmosphere, and exceptional customer service, Golf Ranch is bringing golfers together to practice and play. We currently have 4 unique locations in Texas, Missouri, and Connecticut and are looking to expand rapidly.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, self-starter to lead our team as our Sales Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets- from Ranch Pass subscriptions, to increasing food and beverage spends to events- you will be doing it all! This role is best suited for someone who has a proven track record of success in sales – you have clear examples of you exceeding monthly targets as an individual contributor and a leader of a team. Someone with membership sales experience (gyms, carwash) or events sales is preferred. You get EXCITED about a goal and it trickles to your team.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leader:
- Drives success of our Ranch Pass Subscription program and hits or exceeds monthly subscription targets
- Increase both sales and retention of Ranch Pass Subscriptions.
- Ability to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
2. Community Builder:
- Develop and execute a dynamic B2B strategy to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances in the area.
- Identify and establish key partnerships with businesses and organizations that align with our growth objectives, enhancing our market presence and value proposition
- Word of mouth advocate- encouraging happy customers to spread the word, enhance our reputation and spread the word!
3. Standard Setter:
- Lead by example in all customer interactions to the Golf Ranch standard
- Drive expectations and standards for the team with a customer focused approach.
4. Brand Champion:
- Embody the vision and brand values.
- Educate customers and employees about Golf Ranch and Golf Lite.
5. People Builder:
- Lead and mentor Customer Experience Managers and service team.
- Evolve and improve sales and service process- open to continuous feedback and able to provide feedback to all teams
6. Customer Obsession:
- Understand customer base and continuously find ways to create value.
- Create relationships and connections with customers.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Manager on Duty (MOD):
- Assume MOD responsibilities as needed to oversee daily operations, manage guest inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests and employees.
- Continuously coach employees on day-to-day activities and empower them to handle responsibilities and processes independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
